Appropriates $206,658.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position and 1 permanent part-time position for the board.

Provides $1,000 salary increases for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) who have not received raises since July 1, 2010 and earn less than $30,000 annually as of June 30, 2014.

Authorizes the agency to reallocate an Administrative Assistant position to a Licensing Agent III position (up to $4,000 plus fringe) and realign the Executive Director (up to $7,734 plus fringe).

Requires all revenue generated by the board to remain in a special fund rather than revert to the state general fund, and establishes accountability requirements for fund expenditure and budget reporting.
