Appropriates $268,343 from special funds to the Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015)

Authorizes 3 permanent full-time positions for the board

Provides a $1,000 salary increase for full-time employees earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010

Restricts salary increases to no more than 5% for employees who have not received raises since July 1, 2010, with exceptions for teacher increments, career ladder advancement, and certain professional certifications

Requires Mississippi Industries for the Blind to receive preference when bids are equal in price, quality, and service for commodity and equipment purchases
