Appropriates $8,787,799.00 from the State General Fund and $28,293,850.00 from special funds for the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 108 permanent full-time positions and 204 time-limited full-time positions for the Attorney General's Office.

Provides a $1,000 salary increase for full-time employees earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received raises since July 1, 2010; limits other salary increases to 5% for employees meeting the same criteria.

Establishes specific performance measure targets for the Attorney General's Office including criminal conviction affirmation rates (85%), civil case success rates (75%), and crime victim claims processing (60% within 12 weeks).

Allocates dedicated funds for specialized programs: $1,000,000 for Prosecutors Training Division, $800,000 for Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Unit, $4,455,592 for BP litigation, and $500,000 each for Capital City Crime Prevention Study and Chemfax cleanup.
