Appropriates $9,906,190.00 from the State General Fund and $4,617,520.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 141 permanent full-time positions, 7 permanent part-time positions, 6 time-limited full-time positions, and 6 time-limited part-time positions.

Provides $1,000.00 salary increases for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010, and authorizes $160,000.00 for career ladder increases for 32 positions.

Allocates $2,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties, $100,000.00 for Beauvoir Shrine maintenance, and $50,000.00 for the Statewide Oral History Project.

Provides $200,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for the Hoye House in Newton County ($100,000.00) and the Eudora Welty Festival ($100,000.00), and $51,000.00 for studying expansion of Vicksburg National Military Park.
