Appropriates $19,071,100.00 from the State General Fund and $11,064,092.00 from special funds to the State Forestry Commission for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 449 full-time permanent positions, 2 part-time permanent positions, and 6 full-time time-limited positions for the commission.

Establishes three revolving funds: Forest Improvement Fund ($250,000), Volunteer Fire Department Equipment Conversion Revolving Fund (up to $50,000), and Camden State Forest Revolving Fund for ongoing forest management activities.

Allocates $200,000 to the Department of Agriculture and Commerce for a Beaver Control or Eradication Program and allows the Mississippi Institute for Forest Inventory to accept and expend up to $1,000,000 from any source.

Sets performance targets including 1,194 fires, 9.50 average fire size in acres, 30,330 private land acres reforested, and 20% re-inventory of state forest lands.
