Appropriates $210,092 from the State General Fund to the Grand Gulf Military Monument Commission for operation and maintenance of the Grand Gulf Military Monument for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015)

Appropriates an additional $125,382 from the commission's special fund for the same purpose, bringing total appropriations to $335,474

Authorizes 7 full-time permanent positions and 1 part-time permanent position for the commission

Provides a $1,000 salary increase for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010 and earn less than $30,000 annually

Requires the commission to maintain complete accounting and personnel records and prohibits use of state vehicles for anything other than official business
