Appropriates $7,059,109.00 in special funds for the Pat Harrison Waterway District for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 54 permanent full-time positions and 49 part-time positions for the district.

Provides $1,000 salary increases for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) who have not received raises since July 1, 2010 and earn less than $30,000 annually.

Authorizes the district to accept and expend up to $100,000 in special funds from the Maintenance Reserve Fund for emergency cabin repairs.

Requires the district to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2014 and submit future budget requests in comparable detail.
