Appropriates $200,000 from the State General Fund to the Pearl River Basin Development District for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015), designated as the first of three annual installments to support operations

Authorizes expenditure of up to $906,091 from other funds received by or available to the district for the same fiscal year

Authorizes 5 permanent full-time positions and 3 permanent part-time positions for the district

Provides a $1,000 salary increase for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010

Authorizes the Director to escalate and expend up to $500,000 from any source for maintaining the Lower Pearl Restoration Project and South Jackson Clearing Project along the Pearl River in Hinds and Rankin counties
