Authorizes $18,226,845 in special fund expenditures for the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015)

Approves 119 permanent full-time positions and 2 time-limited full-time positions for the district

Provides $1,000 salary increase for full-time employees earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010

Allocates $200,000 specifically for overtime, callback, or standby pay

Requires excess funds beyond current operating needs to be deposited at interest in official state depositories at a rate no less than 1% below the comparable U.S. Treasury bill discount rate
