Appropriates $5,733,451.00 to the State Fire Academy Fund for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 63 permanent full-time positions for the State Fire Academy.

Provides $1,000 salary increase for full-time employees earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010.

Authorizes reclassification of 17 positions ($59,498 including fringe), new flex hire for 5 positions ($12,300 including fringe), and educational benchmarks for 20 positions ($32,028 including fringe).

Permits the agency to escalate and expend up to $150,000 from available funds in accordance with Department of Finance and Administration regulations.
