Reappropriates $19,278,428 from Fund No. 3931 to the Department of Finance and Administration's Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management for construction and repair/renovation projects at state agencies and institutions

Reappropriates $5,330,329 from Fund 393C for Capital Expense Funds previously appropriated for construction and repair/renovation projects at various state agencies

Reappropriates $8,200,000 from Fund 393D for construction and repair/renovation projects at Institutions of Higher Learning, Community and Junior Colleges, and other state agencies

Expenditures cannot exceed the unexpended balance as of June 30, 2014, and funds must be used for their originally authorized purposes

Authorizes the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management to receive and expend state, local, or other funds for supplemental funding of construction projects
