Removes the sunset/repeal date on the Hancock County Tourism Development Bureau, making it a permanent entity

The Bureau is funded by a tax of up to 2% on hotel, motel, and similar establishment room rentals for stays of 90 days or less in Hancock County

The nine-member Bureau is appointed by Hancock County Board of Supervisors (4 members), City of Bay St. Louis officials (2 members), City of Waveland officials (2 members), and Hancock County Chamber of Commerce (1 member)

Tax proceeds, after a 3% Department of Revenue collection fee, must be used exclusively for promoting tourism and tourism-related activities in the county

Authorizes the Board of Supervisors to contract with not-for-profit organizations for tourism advertising, marketing, and promotion services
