Authorizes the Forrest County Board of Supervisors to contribute county funds totaling not exceeding $91,750.00 during calendar year 2014 to twelve specified organizations providing community service programs.

Allocates specific funding amounts to each organization, with the largest contributions going to Hattiesburg Downtown Association, Inc. ($27,000) and Pearl River Valley Opportunity ($25,000).

Provides funding for youth-focused organizations including Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scout Council, Little League Baseball, and First Tee, as well as social services organizations including the Salvation Army, AIDS Services Coalition, and Association for Retarded Citizens.

Allows the Board of Supervisors discretionary authority to provide these funds from any available county funds.

Takes effect upon passage.
