Amends Chapter 1002 of Local and Private Laws of 1975 to increase per diem compensation for Lowndes County Port Authority members from $20.00 to not exceeding $75.00 per day for attendance at meetings and other port duties.

Limits per diem compensation to a maximum of 120 days in any one year and requires payment from port income and other available funds rather than county appropriations.

Authorizes the Lowndes County Board of Supervisors to combine or merge its port authority with the Lowndes County Industrial Development Authority provided no other county participates in either authority.

Maintains existing provisions for port authority structure, powers, and operations including bonding authority, revenue generation, and industrial development activities.
