Authorizes the Town of Tunica's governing authorities to permit operation of low-speed vehicles and golf carts on public roads and streets within town limits, excluding U.S. Highway 61.

Requires operators to possess a valid driver's license and proof of financial responsibility as defined under Mississippi Code Section 63-15-1 et seq.

Restricts low-speed vehicles and golf carts to town streets with speed limits of 25 miles per hour or less and prohibits operation on or crossing of U.S. Highway 61.

Requires registration of low-speed vehicles and golf carts with the Town of Tunica, with owners receiving a registration decal for display on the left rear fender; registration remains valid for the duration of ownership.

Registration fees are retained by the town clerk and deposited into the municipal general fund to cover administrative costs.
