Extends the repeal date of the Greenwood Tourism Commission from September 30, 2014, to September 30, 2017.

Authorizes the City of Greenwood to continue imposing up to 1% tax on hotel and motel room rentals and up to 1% tax on gross receipts from restaurants and bars.

Requires the City Council to adopt a resolution declaring intention to continue the tax levy within 60 days, published for three consecutive weeks in local newspapers.

Allows qualified electors to file a written protest within 45-60 days; if 20% of electors (or 1,500 people, whichever is less) protest, an election must be held to approve continuation of the tax.

Requires the Greenwood Tourism Commission to donate annually at least $2,000 to Thompson Clemons Post 200 American Legion and at least $5,000 to R & M Productions for tourism promotion.
