Requires vehicles operated on public roads, streets, or highways to operate front and rear lamps during sunset to sunrise and whenever precipitation or other conditions necessitate the use of windshield wipers.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when full front and rear lamps are required by law.

Makes violation of these provisions a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of no more than $25.00 upon conviction.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
