Requires Medicaid beneficiaries to undergo physical examinations that include body mass index (BMI) measurements upon eligibility determination and annual redetermination to establish a patient-centered medical home as usual source of care.

Mandates beneficiaries determined to be obese based on BMI to participate in an online interactive obesity prevention and reduction program featuring nutritional counseling, personalized healthy living plans, and access to nutrition experts during business hours.

Provides computers at county and regional offices of Medicaid, Department of Human Services, State Department of Health, Department of Employment Security, WIC programs, and University of Mississippi Medical Center for beneficiaries without home internet access.

Penalizes non-compliant beneficiaries by increasing their Medicaid service co-payments to the maximum amount permitted under federal law or regulations.

Extends the repeal date of Section 43-13-117 from July 1, 2014 to a later date to accommodate these new requirements.
