Funds a study to determine if there is statistical disparity in the number of minority contractors doing business with the State of Mississippi

Study is required under Section 57-1-57 of the Mississippi Code of 1972

Payments to be issued by the State Treasurer upon warrants from the State Fiscal Officer based on properly signed requisitions
