Creates the Uniform Foreign-Country Money Judgments Recognition Act to establish standards for recognizing and enforcing money judgments from foreign countries in Mississippi courts.

Applies to foreign judgments that award or deny recovery of money and are final in the foreign country, but excludes judgments for taxes, fines, penalties, and domestic relations matters.

Establishes mandatory grounds for non-recognition (lack of impartial tribunals, lack of personal or subject matter jurisdiction) and discretionary grounds (insufficient notice, fraud, public policy violations, conflicting judgments, forum inconvenience, and due process concerns).

Recognizes foreign judgments as conclusive and enforceable to the same extent as sister state judgments, and allows courts to stay proceedings if an appeal from the foreign judgment is pending.

Sets a statute of limitations of 15 years or the judgment's effectiveness period in the foreign country, whichever is shorter, for actions seeking recognition of foreign judgments.
