Deletes the July 1, 2014 sunset provision from Section 83-11-551, making permanent the automobile insurance payee requirements for insurers paying claims.

Requires insurers to include repair businesses or lienholders as payees on claim checks for partial losses when lienholders are shown in the policy or confirmed in writing by the insured.

Requires insurers to include lienholders as payees on claim checks for total losses when lienholders appear in the policy, are confirmed in writing by the insured, or are shown on the vehicle title with the Mississippi Department of Revenue.

Allows insurers to issue separate checks to lienholders and insured parties for their respective financial interests in a total loss vehicle, and permits insurers to request salvage or parts-only certificates of title if the original title is not received within 30 days.

Exempts glass repair or replacement coverage from these payee requirements.
