Deletes the sunset provision (July 1, 2017) from Section 49-7-58.3 that would have repealed the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks' authority to regulate hunting of nonnative cervids in noncommercial wildlife enclosures.

Deletes the sunset provision (July 1, 2017) from Section 49-7-58.4 that would have repealed the Commission's and Department's plenary power to regulate all commercial and noncommercial wild animal enclosures.

Deletes the sunset provision (July 1, 2017) from Section 49-11-3 that would have repealed the Commission's authority to regulate hunting of nonnative cervids within commercial wildlife enclosures.

Makes permanent the regulatory authority of the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks and Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks over wildlife enclosures and nonnative cervid hunting.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
