Reenacts the Revised Mississippi Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (Sections 41-39-101 through 41-39-147), which governs organ, eye, and tissue donation for transplantation, therapy, research, or education purposes

Establishes who may make anatomical gifts: adults, emancipated minors, individuals at least 18 years old eligible for driver's licenses, authorized agents, parents of unemancipated minors, and guardians

Creates a priority list for family members and others who may authorize donation after death, including spouse, adult children, parents, adult siblings, grandchildren, grandparents, and guardians

Prohibits the sale or purchase of body parts for transplantation, with violations punishable by fines up to $50,000 and/or imprisonment up to 5 years

Repeals the automatic sunset provision (Section 41-39-149) that would have terminated the Anatomical Gift Act, making the law permanent effective July 1, 2014
