Amends Mississippi Medicaid eligibility to cover individuals under 65 years of age who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare, and have income not exceeding 133% of the federal poverty level.

Eligible individuals under the new paragraph (28) shall receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined under Section 1937 of the federal Social Security Act.

Division of Medicaid shall determine eligibility for covered individuals under this expansion.

Implements authority granted under the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Effective date: July 1, 2014.
