Prohibits Mississippi courts from enforcing foreign laws, court rulings, or arbitration decisions that would violate fundamental rights guaranteed by the U.S. or Mississippi Constitutions, including due process, freedom of religion, speech, privacy, and marriage rights.

Voids contracts or contractual provisions that select foreign law to govern disputes if that law would deny parties the same fundamental liberties and rights granted under the U.S. and Mississippi Constitutions.

Voids contractual provisions selecting a foreign jurisdiction for dispute resolution if that jurisdiction's laws would violate fundamental constitutional rights of the parties involved.

Denies forum non conveniens claims if granting them would violate a Mississippi resident's fundamental constitutional rights in the foreign forum.

Exempts religious organizations from the law's restrictions on ecclesiastical matters and preserves federal treaty rights; does not restrict business entities contracting to foreign law outside Mississippi or the United States.
