Exempts five specific schools from receiving accountability designations: Mississippi School of the Arts, Mississippi School for the Blind, Mississippi School for the Deaf, Mississippi School for Math and Science, and schools where kindergarten is the highest grade

Removes the requirement that public notice of a school district's probationary status be published in a newspaper within the district's jurisdiction, allowing notices to be in electronic or print format instead
