Appropriates $500,000 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi State Department of Health for the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Funds support high quality early screening, diagnosis, and follow-up services to reduce morbidity and mortality from breast and cervical cancer in women.

Appropriation is in addition to any other funds already allocated to the State Department of Health from the State General Fund for fiscal year 2015.

State Treasurer will disburse funds upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer following standard requisition procedures.

Act effective July 1, 2014.
