Amends Mississippi Code Section 41-29-113 to add four new substances to Schedule I of controlled substances: 2,5 Dimethoxy-4-iodophenethylamine (2C-I), 25I-NBOMe, Phenazepam, and Etizolam.

Adds two new synthetic cannabinoid chemical groups to Schedule I: 3-Cyclopropylmethanone indole or 3-Cyclobutylmethanone indole derivatives, and Quinolinyl ester indoles.

Adds one additional synthetic cannabinoid group: Cyclopropoylindoles, whether or not substituted in the indole ring or propoyl ring to any extent.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
