Requires school superintendents to certify and verify all statistical information submitted to the State Department of Education with a statement attesting to the accuracy of the data.

Provides for revocation of a superintendent's administrator license if they willfully and wantonly falsify any statistical information required to be submitted to the State Department of Education.

Grants superintendents whose licenses are revoked for falsifying statistical information the right to an administrative procedures hearing.

Adds falsification of statistical information to the grounds for license revocation under Section 37-3-2(12)(k).

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
