Amends Section 75-76-34 of Mississippi Code to require that schools and training institutions teaching gaming service industry courses be located only in counties where gaming is legal under the Mississippi Gaming Control Act.

Clarifies that state institutions of higher learning and public community colleges may offer credited courses in gaming management (accounting, hospitality, marketing, auditing, finance, security, and regulatory requirements) only in counties where gaming is legally conducted and where the institution is located.

Clarifies that state institutions of higher learning and public community colleges may offer courses in casino hospitality services, cage and count operations, and slot machine maintenance only in counties where gaming is legally conducted and where the institution is located.

Maintains existing Mississippi Gaming Commission authority to regulate non-university gaming schools and training institutions through licensing, fingerprinting, investigation, curriculum standards, and location requirements.
