Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to transfer and convey 18.35 acres of real property located at 300 Capers Avenue in Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi.

Property at Capers Avenue must be sold for not less than fair market value determined by the average of at least two appraisals by certified appraisers, or disposed of through public auction if it cannot be sold at appraised value.

Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to partition and transfer a 4.08-acre parcel in Hattiesburg, Forrest County to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety for use as a District Substation facility.

The state retains all mineral rights in both the Jackson and Hattiesburg properties transferred under this act.

Grants the Department of Finance and Administration authority to correct any discrepancies in the legal descriptions of both properties.
