Expands eligibility for the "Vet" designation on Mississippi driver's licenses and identification cards to include any person honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces, not just veterans as defined under Title 38 of the U.S. Code

Requires applicants seeking the "Vet" designation to present their DD-214 or equivalent discharge document with a notation from either the State Veterans Affairs Board or the Adjutant General verifying honorable discharge

Applies the expanded eligibility to new, renewal, and duplicate driver's licenses, temporary driving permits, intermediate licenses, commercial driver's licenses, and identification cards

Effective date of July 1, 2014
