Amends Section 65-41-69, Mississippi Code of 1972, to expand the Delta Bluffs Scenic Byway from three (3) segments to five (5) segments.

Establishes two new branches: the Harrah's Parkway Branch beginning at the intersection of Harrah's Parkway and Green River Road in DeSoto County, extending north through Tunica County to Mississippi Highway 161 in DeSoto County.

Establishes the Robertson Gin Road Extension Branch beginning at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 51 and Commerce Street in DeSoto County, continuing south to Oak Grove Road, then westward through Robinson Gin Road and Wheeler Road to Hernando Point at Arkabutla Lake.

Maintains the three existing branches: Northern Branch (Austin Road to Delta View Road through Walls), Central Branch (Mississippi Highway 301 to Arkabutla Lake), and East-West Branch (Old Mississippi Highway 304 at Interstate 55 to Bluff Road).

Takes effect upon passage.
