Repeals sections 63-13-1 through 63-13-29 of the Mississippi Code, eliminating the requirement for annual safety inspections of motor vehicles and the issuance of certificates of inspection.

Amends section 63-7-59 to remove references to motor vehicle inspection certificates and inspection stations related to window tinting compliance.

Removes the requirement for inspection stations to issue labels certifying that tinted windows meet light transmittance standards of 28% or more.

Retains medical exemption provisions allowing individuals with physician-diagnosed sun-sensitive conditions to obtain certificates permitting darker window tinting without inspection station verification.

Takes effect upon passage.
