Authorizes the Commissioner of Public Safety to provide a "Vet" designation on driver's licenses and identification cards to any person honorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces, expanding eligibility beyond the previous definition of veterans.

Requires applicants requesting the "Vet" designation to present a DD-214 or equivalent discharge document with notation from the State Veterans Affairs Board or Adjutant General confirming honorable discharge status.

Applies the "Vet" designation to new, renewal, and duplicate driver's licenses, temporary driving permits, intermediate licenses, commercial driver's licenses, and identification cards.

Amends Mississippi Code Sections 63-1-35 and 45-35-3 to clarify that the designation applies to any person honorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces, not only those meeting the Title 38 U.S. Code definition of veterans.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
