Amends Mississippi Code Section 23-15-911 to clarify procedures for serving notice to opposing candidates before a ballot box examination within 12 days after canvassing.

Allows candidates to examine ballot boxes upon three (3) days' notice, requiring proof of service delivered to the circuit clerk within three (3) days before examination can occur.

Establishes multiple service methods: personal delivery to each candidate, or any two of the following—leaving a copy at candidate's dwelling with a family member aged 16+, electronic service via email, or registered/certified mail to candidate's residence.

Permits posting notice on a candidate's door if personal service cannot be made, and requires first-class mail service for candidates residing in multi-family dwellings.

Applies examination provisions to election contests regarding state Legislature seats, with results reported to the Clerk of the House of Representatives or Secretary of the Senate as applicable.
