Amends Mississippi Code Section 23-15-161 to clarify that the registrar must furnish the master voter roll to election commissioners through the Statewide Election Management System.

Replaces previous language referring to "registration books and the pollbooks" with a requirement to provide access to the Statewide Election Management System.

Maintains the registrar's duty to attend commissioner meetings and provide assistance in revising the list of qualified electors.

Becomes effective July 1, 2014.
