Increases the fee for docketing, filing, marking and registering each complaint, petition and indictment from a previous amount to $85.00, which covers all clerk services up to and including entry of judgment.

Increases the fee for docketing and filing motions to renew judgment, notices of renewal, writs of garnishment and execution, and judgment debtor actions to $35.00.

Adds two new civil case filing fees: $10.00 to the Comprehensive Electronic Court Systems Fund and $40.00 to the Judicial System Operation Fund.

Increases the marriage license fee from a previous amount to $60.00, with $20.00 deposited monthly to the Victims of Domestic Violence Fund and $10.00 to the county general fund.

Establishes an effective date of July 1, 2014.
