Requires every hunter to wear at least 500 square inches of solid unbroken fluorescent orange in full view when hunting deer during firearm season, regardless of weapon type (firearm, bow and arrow, or other weapons).

Exempts hunters from the orange requirement when hunting from an elevated deer stand that is 12 feet or more above the ground.

Exempts hunters from the orange requirement when hunting in a fully enclosed blind.

Classifies violations of this section as Class III violations, subject to penalties under Section 49-7-101.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
