Exempts disabled veterans from paying the $50.00 renewal fee for concealed weapon permits, with the same exemption applying to honorably retired law enforcement officers.

Applies to licenses to carry stun guns, concealed pistols, or revolvers issued by the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.

Requires disabled veterans to still submit all other required application materials including completed application form, photograph, fingerprints, and waiver for records access.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
