Allows package retailer permit holders to sample new products from manufacturer representatives at their business location with prior department approval, but prohibits providing these samples to customers.

Authorizes package retailers to conduct tasting or sampling events where consumers receive complimentary alcoholic beverages, limited to 4 hours each and not more than one event per 3-month period.

Restricts wine samples to maximum 1.25 ounces per taste with cumulative limit of 5 ounces per person; distilled spirits limited to 0.25 ounces per taste with cumulative limit of 1 ounce per person at events.

Requires tasting events to use only products from the retailer's existing inventory, be conducted in cordoned-off areas separate from sales areas, and excludes persons under 21 years of age and food service.

Repeals the tasting and sampling event provisions effective July 1, 2015, and amends Section 67-1-75 to permit on-premises consumption only as authorized by law.
