Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to donate eight tracts of property in Hinds County to the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Vicksburg National Military Park, including the Coker House and various battlefield lands totaling approximately 535 acres.

Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to donate four tracts of property in Claiborne County to the National Park Service, including the Shaifer House, parking lot, and Old Magnolia Church lot, totaling approximately 13.71 acres.

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights in all donated properties in both counties.

Property transfers include all rights, title, and interest currently held by the Mississippi Department of Archives and History.

Act takes effect upon passage.
