Creates a Study Committee on Entertainment Industry Investment to examine feasibility of new state and local incentives for film, television, video, music, interactive games, and related entertainment sectors in Mississippi

Committee shall consider establishing a coalition of entertainment professionals, creating a database of available resources, appointing a financial advisory subcommittee, identifying existing incentives, and evaluating state tax credits for entertainment industry sectors

Committee composed of 15 members including House and Senate Tourism Committee chairs plus three members each appointed by the Speaker and Lieutenant Governor, Mississippi Development Authority officials, Film Office director, Tourism Association director, and three convention and visitors bureau representatives from different regions

Committee must report proposed legislation titled the Mississippi Entertainment Investment Act to the 2015 Regular Session of the Legislature

Committee authorized to accept public and private funds and request assistance and data from any state department, division, board, bureau, commission or agency
