Amends Mississippi Code sections 69-45-7, 69-45-9, and 69-45-15 to allow the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce to establish multiple programs (plural) of grants, loans, and subsidies for agricultural economic development, rather than a single program.

Authorizes the development and use of multiple logos (rather than one) for the Mississippi Agricultural Promotions Program and grants the department discretion in their promotion and distribution.

Expands the department's duties to include developing multiple programs for loans, grants, and subsidies in addition to multiple logos and promotional materials.

Makes it unlawful for any person to use, reproduce, or distribute the program logos without department registration, with violations resulting in revocation of all logo use rights and funding eligibility.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
