Prohibits the transportation or relocation of live wild hogs within Mississippi without a permit from the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.

Requires a separate transportation permit for each live wild hog being transported, with permits issued only to individuals without a history of repeat hunting offenses or revoked hunting privileges.

Permits wild hogs to be released alive only into enclosures no larger than 500 square feet designed to prevent escape, or directly to a facility for immediate slaughter.

Establishes violations as Class II offenses per animal, with penalties including forfeiture of all hunting, trapping, and fishing privileges for one year from conviction date.

Exempts lawful transportation of domestic swine for customary commercial and agricultural purposes; sections expire July 1, 2016.
