Amends Section 27-19-81 of Mississippi Code to add "disposal well waters" to the list of materials for which harvest permits may be issued by the Department of Transportation.

Vehicles carrying disposal well waters may now operate on designated highways under harvest permit provisions, subject to the same weight restrictions and permit requirements as vehicles carrying sand, gravel, wood products, agricultural products, and other specified materials.

Harvest permits remain valid only on highways designated by the Department of Transportation as capable of carrying no more than 57,650 pounds at maximum gross weight, and exclude operation on federal interstate highways.

Permit fee remains $25.00 per permit with a one-year expiration date, with fees distributed quarterly to counties for road and bridge fund purposes.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
