Amends Section 25-1-87 of Mississippi Code to add the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections to the list of officials who may request unmarked vehicles from the Governor when identifying marks would hinder official investigations.

Allows the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections to submit written requests for unmarked vehicles that must include the manufacturer's serial number, state inventory number, and explanation of why the exemption is needed.

Requires the Governor to provide the State Department of Audit with a copy of written authority granting use of unmarked vehicles.

Changes references from "Mississippi State Tax Commission" to "Department of Revenue" throughout the statute.

Takes effect upon passage.
