Repeals sections 63-13-1 through 63-13-29 of Mississippi Code of 1972, eliminating the requirement for annual safety inspections of motor vehicles and certificates of inspection.

Removes provisions requiring official motor vehicle inspection stations to issue labels certifying window tint compliance and test light transmittance of tinted windows.

Eliminates the $5.00 fee ($2.00 to inspection stations, $3.00 to Department of Public Safety) for window tint compliance testing.

Maintains existing window tint restrictions and medical exemption provisions in Section 63-7-59 while removing references to inspection labels and inspection certificates.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
