Authorizes bail for parents incarcerated for overdue child support, with bail set at 5% of the total child support arrearage owed

Amends Section 93-11-71 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which governs enforcement of child support payment judgments

Maintains existing provisions allowing automatic judgments against parents whose child support payments are at least 30 days overdue

Preserves the ability to seize various assets for unpaid child support, including unemployment benefits, lottery winnings, bank accounts, civil settlements, and retirement fund distributions

Effective date of July 1, 2014
