Acknowledges the organization's pioneering role in establishing Mississippi's first therapeutic group home, first residential treatment center for chemically dependent youth, first psychiatric residential treatment facility for children, and first community-based early intervention program for children with autism

Extends recognition to the organization's board, staff, volunteers, donors, and corporate and foundation partners for their dedication to serving Mississippi's vulnerable children and families
